If you do not know who she is – do yourself a favor and do not research it. Unless you are a voter in her district or you are a US citizen, then by all means, do it and make her go away.

In front of an audience of kids? Nobody knew until footage was combed through. Ironically, the news of this is the only reason anybody knows about it at all. Nobody in person saw a thing. Not exactly the same thing as sex in front of an audience of children.
