It’s hot again, which means it’s chafing season. One thing I’ve noticed is that my running shorts always ride up on my left leg, and only my left leg. Multiple pairs, different brands and styles, it doesn’t matter. I get much worse chaffing on that leg. I use Body Glide or Squirrel’s Nut Butter religiously and can manage it alright, but I’m wondering about why my shorts always ride up on just that one leg. Is that normal? Does that happen to you? Could it say something about my gait? Or maybe my thighs just aren’t even in size? Thanks
I always wear tights. I have short ones, thin long ones, and thick long ones for the winter. If I don’t wear tights, I get chafed on the inside of my legs after 2km, even though I’m a pretty skinny guy. But my hips seem to be so narrow that my legs still rub against each other.
I get mine from Trigema here in Germany.
