Berlin wird in den 1990ern zum Hotspot der Künstlerszene und ein Ort der freien Gedanken. Mittendrin: Peter Plate aus Goslar und Anna R. aus Ost-Berlin, die ihre ersten musikalischen Schritte mit Rosenstolz gehen.
