She’s maybe having a fibro flair. She posted about how hard it is and how people don’t understand or something to that effect. She chased L all over Disney. I can’t imagine how hard that was on her body/stress response.
Her own daughter is the one who doesn’t seem to understand considering she drops L on her front porch every day while Sarah sits at home thinking of another belly video to post

This poor child has a rotation of Homesense, The Mall, Simply Wonderful and Riverside. Nana K has been MIA for 2 weeks now.
