We’ve got the cost of rent, the upfront cost of excavating a gigantic bottomless pit the likes of which has never been seen before, the legal team to deal with lawsuits, the PR team to offset the negative press resulting from the pit, the maintenance costs of the building, replenishing the shopping carts, and of course advertising.
