There’s a difference between home and pro versions, at least in win 10, idk about 11;
Win 10 pro lets you disable forced reboots, 10 home doesn’t.
Updates are not released globally at the same time, or even for everybody. They do what’s called A/B testing, where they’ll roll out an update for a percentage of users and see how it goes.
For example YouTube has recently tested the waters by serving some users a lot more ads.
So not everyones experience is necessarily the same.
