      I often read this online, but why do they see themselves as a European country? I don’t know any of their history, so for me they are just another Asian country.

    Damn, the mercator projection is really distorting. Seeing all these African countries which “look” pretty small are actually really large as shown by this map.

    I assume it’s the Republic of the Congo for Germany, not the Democratic Republic.
