Better late than never
It’s not even legalization, more decriminalization which even tho is a step in the right direction isn’t a whole lot. It can’t even be sold like in Amsterdam, it’s just social clubs and homegrowing.
Don’t get me wrong I love the plans, but there were promises to legalize completely and not just decriminalization.
Exactly. You’re not going to be able to walk into a bud shop and buy weed. Cannabis clubs will be hard to join and will likely be selective with their membership lists (considering a max of 500), only allowing in those really committed.
I dunno if the clubs will be hard to join, there probably will be a lot of them, but considering that this is up to the bundesländer I won’t be surprised if Bayern doesn’t allow them. Not everyone will want to grow their own plants
