I only tried a tiling WM for a few days several years ago. I am ok using the terminal but not everything can be done easily there. In the screenshots of people setups, there are always fancy terminals. Are tiling WM good also for other GUI a part from terminals?

    I would recommend Gnome with the Forge extension.

    That one is very similar to the Pop shell, but looks and feels quite good.

    Of course, the animations aren’t as smooth as on Hyprland for example, but it’s way easier to set up and use, and supports graphical apps the best
