I have been happy with bspwm, but considering trying something else. I love its simplicity and immense customizability. I like that it is shell scriptable, but it is not a deal breaker feature for me.

I like how the binary split model makes any custom partition possible.

    I’m relatively new to the Linux community since November last year. I’m currently only using Wayland based window compositors mutter on my desktop and hyprland on my laptop. I’m often interested in using kwin in gnome because it has way more features like the xwaylandvideobridge.
