The UK will outperform its struggling European peers in the next 15 years, helping it to cling onto its place among the world’s biggest economies, according to long-term projections.
I have checked the sections for the UK and Germany to understand the methods and assumptions.
There is practically nothing in there as to how and why they reach their projections and what makes them believe to have reliability for the next 14 years… And in the introduction there is mention of some trends, but no notion as to why they derive any quantitative assumptions out of it.
