Es gibt eine Obergrenze (100 kW) ab der man den Strom nicht mehr selbst verwenden darf, sondern am Strommarkt verkaufen muss, und diese Grenze ist so niedrig, dass es sich für viele Firmen nicht lohnt.

Mit 100 kWp in Deutschland produziert man ca. 104 MWh, aber nen durchschnittlicher Edeka verbraucht schon 500 MWh, von den ganz großen Hallen, Fabriken, etc. Nicht zu sprechen.
