And are you a US postal carrier or just some irritable crank looking for problems to be irritable about?
My gender is my concern, but you may use any pronoun to refer to me

Really! I got started on Simutrans and had a lot of difficulty moving to oTTD. The straw that broke the camels back was having to lay down rail tile by tile instead of routing between two point.
I have thousands of hours in Urban Terror. I wish the jump mechanics could be enabled in other games. I have so many neurons dedicated to it.
Simutrans, surely.
Every couple of years I throw 40-80 hours into (eg) https://crawl.akrasiac.org:8443/#lobby
Computers can calculate infinite series as well as anyone else
THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I SAID.
Perversely, while it would be easier for someone with no equipment to maintain in their home, it would be a bigger pain in the ass for a bike shop here to maintain than a typical cargo bike would be.
Okay, but it equals one.
humour presented unironically as a guide to one’s own emotions.
Since coming to understand the consequences to our health, our climate, our governance and culture through corporate manipulation and propaganda, and most of all, to intelligent animals, I can’t really look back on this stuff with nostalgia. It feels like looking back on neglect and abuse.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t work in general. It is easier to poison discussion than it is to convince people with arguments. One person screaming obscenities prevent an entire room of people from having a rational discussion. It’s an asymmetrical effort, it’s hard work to produce quality information, and it’s free to generate gigabytes of slanted information.
If you are a human being, there are many things you know are true, but you act as if they are not. We are not rational creatures, we are social creatures. We don’t respond to arguments, we respond to social cues. It is more important for an extremely social creature like a human to agree with their social group than to be objectively correct.
Not always. Sometimes, the whole system collapses, and then after a period of insecurity, we all enjoy a period of massive prosperity.
So many poor and working class Americans will see this and think, “Progress!”
I was a total Rust junkie, I was playing 40 hours a week. Then they dropped support for the Linux client and wouldn’t let Proton users do EAC. I had to stop cold turkey. But I fucking did it, because fuck capital-driven operating systems designed to exploit me and my own computer against me.
They probably didn’t want to highlight how vast portions of the base game’s overworld had no content whatsoever and seemed unfinished, so they’re pretending it is part of the auteur schtick.
not even remotely similar to what “back to nature” would mean
FOSS doesn’t need your support. You misunderstand the relationship. FOSS is looking out for you.
The animals we create are morally equivalent to our own children and are owed the exact same unconditional love and protection.
