Germany has a huge problem with “landlord companies”(don’t know what they’re exactly called. Basically more than half of the appartments in Berlin are owned by two big companies, and either one of them did absorb the other recently or they’re in the process of it, I haven’t kept up to date. They’re has been public referrendums with way more than 50% supporting the expropriation of those appartments in Berlin, yet nothing has been done by the local government even though experts have already confirmed that it would be completely legal and in compliance with our basic law(something similar to the ammendments in america).

There is a new undetonated bomb found about once per year or so where I live(Aachen). But roman structures are way more common here. Basically every new construction, they dig up a roman wall or something similar, and then they have to get archeologogists to check out if it is significant enough to be preserved. The whole city is littered with windows in the floor to see those structures.

Meinetwegen kann es nur eine sexuelle Nötigung sein weil der Mann direkt aufgehört hat nachdem das Missverständnis geklärt wurde. Sonst könnte man ja auch bei Sachen wie heimlich Kondom ausziehen argumentieren das es ja eine Einwilligung für den Geschlechtsverkehr gab. Eine Einwilligung ist ja kein Freifahrtsschein sondern eine Erlaubnis für eine bestimmte Sache unter bestimmtee Bedingungen. Das Vertragsrecht funktioniert ja ähnlich. Ich denke aber dass das betrunken sein des Mannes einen Einfluss darauf hatte das er sich in der Wohneng geirrt hat, also finde ich das dieses Argument nicht auf den betrunkenen Mann anzuwenden ist, da er aktiv die Entscheidung getroffen hat zu trinken.

Wie kann es den eine Einwilligung sein wenn sie nicht wusste um welche Person es sich handelt. Sie dachte es wäre ihr Mann und nur für diesen galt die Einwilligung. Dazu sollte das trotz passenden Schlüssels Hausfriedensbruch sein. Woran dann aber wenigstens Teilweise der Vermieter schuld war.

The closest was probably a mountainbiking accident.

We were going along side a hill and to the right of us was a wall going down holding the earth up. Well there came an obstacle up which was a big roller to the right up the hill a bit and then down again to the ledge. The roller took a slight curve and you needed to curve back on the trail to not go over the ledge. I broke the first rule of mountainbiking and looked down the ledge which was like 3-4m high instead of ahead. Drove straight of it but somehow managed to grab a branch of a tree that was just above the ledge. My bike fell down and i just hung in the tree allowing me to safely drop down and carry the bike back up.

Nothing happened to me but i don’t want to imagine what would have happened if i didn’t grab that branch.

The movie didn’t came out on Netflix until 2017 and there are exacly two ipads that could fit that description. So while possible sadly not very likely. Especially Netflix supporting an about 3yr old version of their app seems to high of a sceurity risk to me.
