Suggest to consider why you’re highlighting DEI a an issue. I only see such stuff from pretty right wing media.

A common trick is to blame problems on a group. E.g. black people, gay people, trans people, etc. DEI fits right into that.

It’s really hard to explain their actions as being profit-driven.

Why are people outraged? Currently the blame is on trans and DEI. You’re blaming Disney instead of the ones promoting yet another group as the cause why stuff is bad.

In Netherlands there’s a crazy markup on that. You need a local installer. Local installers get huge kickbacks from Dutch sellers. As a result pretty much all installers refuse to install anything bought yourself. Meaning, it costs thousands per AC instead of what it should be.

I don’t really know how to do that

• Install rust
• Create a directory somewhere
• Change to that directory
• Run: cargo init
• Open a text editor and do stuff in there
• Save the file(s)
• Run cargo build
• Run the executable
