American Horror Story Season 1
I don’t know yet, haven’t even heard about it before, I put on my letterboxd watchlist thanks! And bot only 2022, I think horror is making a comback at the moment. I watched Pearl and Barbarian and adored both of them.
My favorite was ‘talk to me’ Don’t want to spoil too much but it felt very fresh. The first half was even kinda fun until the big turning point and the later half was seriously unsettling and scary
I read the short story, and was prepared for another take on it but it was a lot worse to what I’d hoped for. I liked the beginning and the monster had some cool festures to it but the later half of the lovie felt really uninspired and predictable. 1 out of 5 Stars, wouldn’t watch again. But hey, everyone has different opinions.

For me, it’s still convinient for asking specific questions. The niche communities were filled with people knowing their stuff so the archives are filled with very reflected opinions and knowledge. For example, if I’m about to, say, buy a cooking knife, I’d google “best cooking knife reddit” and there I have it. Without that I’d be stuck with “top 10 cooking knifes articles” which may be influenced by knife companies wanting to promote their product. Of course I could ask that question here too, but I’d have to wait for an answer and those I would get would only be a fragment of what I’m still be able to find in reddits archives. But for everything else I’m very happy here
Quit my Job. Finally play the Witcher 3 expansions. After that I would focus on my creative output. Writing music and horror stories is my passion but hobbies like these are sometimes still is work even if you love them. So after a hard workday it happens that I’m too drained to work on those.
thanks alot, seems like it’s time to dust of my dream diary then
I practiced lucid dreaming a long time ago, I still have my old dream diary somewhere. But that thing was why I quit. To get better you need to write everything down after waking up. And with better rememberence you also know more details and at some point Inwas sitting 20-30 minutes in my bed writing, and that’s not my favorite thing to do after waking up Ingottansay haha. How’d you motivate me to start with it again? Do you mind sharing you favorite forum on that topic?
I reflected on that as well yesterday. I started Botw on Cemu after hearing so much good about the newest instalment and wanted to see what all that fuzz is about. I really really like it, I always thought it would feel empty from the vibe I got from gameplay videos and screenshots but it doesn’t. I played for 40 hours and now I’m on a tipping point.
So after thinking about it yesterday I found a good comparison for me. I thought about ice cream. Bare with me. Imagine buying a really big pot of a new kind chocolate ice cream. It fills all the space of your freezer. You try it and it’s awesome, you don’t want anything else to eat right now. So you eat it every day for every meal. It still is awesome but at some point it’s nothing special anymore and also last time you went shopping you saw that awesome looking strawberry ice cream for which you don’t really have space right now in your freezer. So what is your next move. Jugging down the chocolate ice cream until you reach the bottom but hate it or throw it away and buy something new? So here is what I try: I want to get over my FOMO for the strawberry ice cream and try eating just a bit of the chocolate ice cream every other day. I mean, it couldn’t be healthy to eat ice cream for every meal and every day right? And if it isn’t going to be special anymore I don’t need to eat it until I finish it, I won’t get any more enjoyment out of it if I’d do.
I hope this makes as much sense to you as it does to me
Stephen Kings flashlight simulator
look again, there is one ;)
I’m just past 1/3 through Kafka on the Shore. It’s my first experience with Murakami and I like it so far. At first I thought it was a classic runaway story playing in Japan but then the second storyline hit and man, that one is weird. I’m really interested on how everything eventually will come together and play out in the end. Also I like Murakamis simple but imaginative writing style, at times it feels like I’m there.
Wenn “Deceive Inc.” noch frei is würd ich das gern nehmen. Am Samstag haben wir ne Lan Party und das Game is in der engeren Auswahl dort auch gespielt zu werden :)
