  • Push: Easy game but lots of fun. As the name suggests a highly concentrated push your luck game that we always enjoy for some quick rounds.

Kakerlaken-Poker: Man this game is pure stress - Stress the game. A game where somebody removed everything apart from the STRESS - No fat - Filet Au Stress. Either you love it or you hate it. But exciting non the less! I only played the base game but some people suggest other versions of this game. So if you are interested you might want to have a look at the other versions as well

  • We played Wingspan and some quick rounds of Love Letter.

Wingspan: We played with 5 people. I really enjoyed setting up my engine and it was interesting to see all the different approaches from the other players. Not sure though if the strategies kinda ‘settle’ after some games. Especially in the last round it was just ‘buying eggs’ from all the players. Still fun but maybe to freshen things up after some sessions the expansions might be needed?

But I am not sure if the expansions do add new mechanics (and allow new ‘combos’) or just additional birds with kinda the same effects that are already in the base game…

Love Letter: Quick to set up and much fun. I like that it’s easy to learn but that you still see after some games that the playstyle kinda shifts into more bluffing (to avoid being exposed too soon) which is quite fun. We played with 3 players. I would like to play some rounds with more players soon since we have the Big Box edition with some additional cards (that will be added with 5+ players) and they look very interesting!

Oh yeah and we played Rush Hour Shift: Looks kinda silly, very easy but it was still fun for some lightly competitive rounds. It is also a good game to have around for e.g. family gatherings to be able to include the little kids as well. A good introduction I would say and makes everyone around want to try at least a round as well.

  • Totally agree! I was so happy when I saw the navigation arrows for the comments but I also saw that holding the up-arrow to get back to the original post would greatly improve the experience (that was my standard form of navigation in Boost as well).

Edit: I guess long pressing the up-arrow was like the “Home-key” and down-arrow like the “End-key” on a Keyboard
