This is definitely a conflict for me. On the one hand, the money goes towards furthering the development of Lemmy. On the other hand, it goes towards (indirectly, but still) supporting Chinese and Russian online propaganda. Is there no one else contributing towards the development of Lemmy that we can donate to?

Terraria is more fun to play but Minecraft is more fun to watch. It’s one of the few games I’ve got hundreds of hours playing solo.

Why do you have to control-click to select langauge? I couldn’t figure out how to have multiple when setting up my account, only just realised reading this post. Surely a simple multi select dropdown would be better.

One I use is called “Unhook”. You can use it to block different features e.g. Suggestions, video end screen suggestion, front page feed, shorts. It’s great if you spend too much time on YT and going on a cycle of watching suggested videos. Now, I only watch videos that appear in my subscriptions or those that I search for.

I also use Better Subscriptions allowing me to hide watched or unwanted videos.

Apparently Morrisons in the UK is American

I thought it was owned by Walmart tbh, but apparently they sold most of it. They still retain 10% shares though.
