I use Adguard at home on my Synology NAS and NextDNS in combination. I am pretty happy with it so far.

I stick with adguard because i used Pihole before and like the Ability to assign my DHCP-Server to it.

The reason i also pay for NextDNS is, because it is so easy to setup. You have like 4 different ways to set it up and it is so Noob-Friendly, it even has an Android APP to activate it.

Also my Adguard works only in LAN, when im home, while NextDNS also works when im outside.

Last Thing: While Adguard works pretty well, there are still some requests that were only Seen and blocked by NextDNS.

You Were right. Used it for my way back home Form office and it worked this time. Strange. I swear, that when i tested it yesterday, it didnt got my Location! Today it took less than 10sec.

Works without Gapps.

Im using Fairphone 4 5G. Do you really use it without any gapps? Not even Micro/Nano G? I installed pure Lineage20. In Google Maps and most of the other Navigation apps GPS Locationing doesnt work. Organic Maps just works. At least for me. Most of the time something doesnt work, it is because of gapps, and it is on the play store, so i would think it is because of that.

But i will try it again and reply if it is now better or not.

It seems Like it doesnt work without gapps. I am in LineageOS without gapps, so Organic Maps wins.

EDIT: It works without Gapps. Tested it again today and it worked.

I got covid the last week. For the first time. Still positive, but almost all symptoms are gone. I think i got it at a funeral i was… There were a lot of people who hugged each other. Pretty sure i got it there.

My Mum (which has a transplanted lung) also got covid - the first time. She had to go to the hospital, but had mild symptoms. She was there for just 5 days and got 4 transfusions. She tested negative since yesterday.

3 years without is a good stat i think. Masks work. And thanks the vaccines i got mild symptoms. Fever, Cough, Headache. Nothing more.
