Maybe better to call it an alternative to “headspace”, as that is probably the most advertised meditation app.
Although it is a great free resource to start, upon initial testing, it is not as flexible as down dog meditation, e.g. you only have two “walking meditation” option compare to various combinations that you can create in Down Dog.
I’m using Asana Rebel (German) as replacement to DownDog Yoga. Unfortunately there’s not the “generate workout on demand” option, but I found the library of workouts pretty okay. It also has other aspects like nutrition and healthy living. Worth trying out (they have a 14-day money return guarantee).
