how did you learn that? I find it hard to access this.
Mostly distraction. I listen to a lot of music, watch cartoons (I’d recommend The Owl House, if you haven’t seen it), and (for an unknown reason) I can hyperfocus. I’m also growing Padrón chillies and chestnut mushrooms.
You can choose to hyperfocus? Only when you’re listening to music and watch cartoons or whenever you like?
Swimming. The best all-around exercise (IMO) that doubles as a kind of daily meditation
Pool or lake? Or both? How often do you swim? Just came back from swimming as I read this 😃
Just being outside in the nature and enjoying all the different shades of green :)
Yeah, green is actually my favourite colour and since I’m going hiking more often I finally figured out why 😃
Running, as for several people above. Singing / dancing (very poorly) as well. Journaling / writing down my thoughts when they get overwhelming.
On a regular basis, reading. It’s not a quick pick-me-up when I’m not doing great, but it improves my overall well-being.
