Coreelec is a linux os designed to run kodi, add a plex add on and it can play almost anything. Any dolby vision profile, including the one that can usually only be played on bluray players. Any audio including TrueHD, dolby atmos, and DTS. Sucks for streaming apps sadly, so you’d have to get another device like Apple TV or something.
