I still think it’s wild they serve it in restaurants there. Imo it’s not a restaurant food it’s a I don’t want to put effort into dinner while still having dinner taste good food.

Our good friends at Hormel have guidance… But basically they make it crispy like bacon first.
This is one of those things that, if I can was in another country, if someone were to describe the base ingredients (like not literally spam but “pork” or whatever), I would think, “Not for me most of the time, but sounds like a tasty thing to try once.”
