They overstuff their appliances with way too much unnecessary tech that nobody wants, and in order to keep the costs from being astronomical, they cut on build quality. Countless customers come in to replace Samsung appliances that failed far before their expected lifespan, often breaking within the first few years.
you want reliable? go with LG or GE. Whirlpool is also pretty decent.
