500kg is wildly unpredictable, I don’t use it for that reason.
I’ve recently been using auto cannon, rocket sentry, explosive crossbow and rail gun. Surprisingly robust
I thought the explosive crossbow got needed into oblivion with the ammo changes or whatever. I have been rolling the eruptor and it is pretty good
Still pretty solid for me. Ammo economy becomes important, but running that plus the rail gun gives you a lot of stopping power.
Add in the rocket and auto-cannon sentries and you can take down anything in the game.
