Naturally, “American citizens” refers only to himself.
I did not know that even rich private illegal immigrants in the US had the power to “summon” elected officials from other nations at their whim.
So when do the people in power grow a spine and fight back?

Drop the diplomacy and stop treating these people like people. Humiliate them in the headlines and on the world stage. Trump and Musk and the like would have a public meltdown if they were treated like this. Melt them down.
