    The farmers and their union planned and informed the Police about the protests with time in advance.

    Some did. I doubt the highway blockings are official demos (approved by local authorities).

    I wonder how much loss in revenue the farmers strike will bring ;)

    What really pisses me of is the media reception (especially in privately owned media) of both. I mean yes the farmers kinda got a point, but so, if not more so, have “Last Generation”. Yet the all to often one is endorced or reported on uncritically while the other is agitated against.
