French prosecutors said that France’s far-right leader, Marine Le Pen, should face jail time and a ban from public office that would bar her from the 2027 presidential race as she and members of the National Rally party stand trial for using money intended for EU parliamentary aides to pay staff who worked for the party.

She should run for US president instead, where those feats are welcome and an advantage
If the French justice system fails as abysmally as the US justice system at providing ANY form of real consequences than the whole thing is a nothing burger like all the charges against trump.
This comes down to the age old adagem, “talk is cheap”.
