- Acquire a boxset for Windows 95 from your local Microsoft partner
- BACK UP YOUR DATA!
- Follow the installation instructions printed on your Setup floppy (WARNING: Don’t use the Boot floppy or you’ll lose your data!)

Once you’ve installed all 13 floppy disks, reboot.

Connect your modem, dial into your phone line, and point Internet Explorer to http://v2.windowsupdaterestored.com to check for updates and install all of them.

From this point on, you can do in-place-upgrades through the versions by following each Windows version’s installation instructions.

Okay I can turn this around… Just keep upgrading Ubuntu until 14.04. from there, Download windows 98se onto a disk drive and restart the whole process.but this time stop at windows 7 cause every step passed that is going to be less useful than the next.
