Yes, meat. And it’s clean, and no oils. So if you need a carnivore meal in a strange place, McDonald’s is a great option.

Is there quarter pounder an exception? I recently ate a big Mac for the first time in like 10 years, and it was awful. The meat tasted like compressed napkins. Idk WTF they do it it, but it certainly doesn’t resemble pure USDA beef. I have a hunch that they’re pulling some legal shenanigans and are legally allowed to call it beef if it came from any part of a cow or something.

        100% USDA beef poop

All their beef is clean. My guess is you’ve been eating good food for the 10 years, McDonald’s is not very good, all of the extra sauces, carbs, bread, can be executed poorly and give you a bad experience. Especially the wilted lettuce they love.

It’s like not having a Coke for 6 months, then drinking one, it’s sicklingly sweet and taste really bad. But if you drink it for a few days, suddenly it tastes really good
