MOSCOW, Dec 27 (Reuters) - Russia and India have made tangible progress in talks on plans to jointly produce military equipment, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday, after talks with his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar in Moscow.

    It is true, that India wants to be somewhat in the middle. They want to always get the best deal from either side, and develop their own defense industry.

    But I disagree that not intensifying relations with Russia is a matter of luxury. Modi is simply a cunt.

    My hope is that they squeezed the Russians. Their defense sector is in a sorry state right now. So they probably don’t have much bargaining power.
