Those scenarios don’t happen. The way it plays out in reality is everyone gets care because service professions are, or should be, neutral. If you can’t handle that, find another job.
I work in the ED in a heavily conservative area, every day I deal with magats, I treat them exactly how I treat every other patient… with contempt for interrupting my TikTok doom scrolling. /s
