In those cases, it is horrible, but necessary, and no one is willingly going through that. The vast majority of abortions involve a pill and a clump of cells.

This one can be blamed mostly on the horrible state of the world, and the carelessness of people (I wouldn’t ever refer to anyone as horrible for simply going through with an abortion, and actually see it as a selfless and empathetic act in most cases). Again, these kind of voluntary abortions are never being performed anywhere near or after the point in time that the fetus could be considered a living being, though.
