it’s fascinating that they pursue with india and ignore with saudia arabia. you would think that our ostensible desire to reduce fossil fuel consumption and combat chinese imperial designs would make the situation the opposite than it is; so i suspect that the fossil fuel reduction is mostly lip service and/or the threat from china is mostly american propaganda.

Good. Modi is such an ass. Khalistanti separatism had been a political non-factor for 30 years, and even though it was not all done peacefully, the changing geopolitics of the region had left most Sikhs feeling much safer as Indians than anything else. Now, though, you’ve got some fascist asshole who needed a new hobby after oppressing all the Muslims in India, so he figured he’d take out some cringey old uncles in North America. That’s literally the dumbest way you make Khalistani separatism a thing again, but Modi being Modi, a little stochastic terrorism was probably the point all along.

Canada expelled some Indian diplomats and now USA is going after their agents. Next up Mohdi sends Indian troops to Russia’s front line to help prosecute China’s proxy war.

Canada expelled the diplomats because India assassinated a Canadian citizen inside Canada. The murdered man was also a Sikh leader.

That’s what I’m saying. An increasingly autocratic regime is taking out resistance in other countries. It’s a big step. Doing it without permission is even bigger.
