Ein selbstgemachtes Problem. Von ethischen Problemen abgesehen scheint das Zeug ja ein Amphetamin mit weniger Nebenwirkungen zu sein? Aus gesundheitlicher Sicht also zwar Zeug mit Missbrauchspostentitel, aber weniger wild als Opiate (und wahrscheinlich Alkohol).

Die offizielle Lösung werden wahrscheinlich weiterreichende Überwachungsprivilegien für die Exekutive sein.
