People are also fed up. Israel has been keep attacking and attacking more and more people, ever looking for more escalation. Especially with ramping up violence in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, they made it clear that no Palestinian or other Arab will be safe, citizenship be damned.

Eventually people are getting to the point, that they will take such a situation as an opportunity.

There are reports about this being coordinated by Iran, which has been recruiting for a while now for this attack and possibly more.
But not from known sources, so we’ll have to wait for other ones.

I don’t know if “coincidental” would be the right term. They were presumably both in response to the same act so there’s a good reason they happened at around the same time even if there wasn’t coordination.

AFAIK zios are not reversing their genocide and land theft so resistance will most likely continue.
