Spaetzle I bought at Costco
The Spätzle look a bit undercooked and dried out and there has to be waaaay more gravy on that plate. Otherwise this looks surprisingly authentic.
“Des kennt I au noch’m Frühschoppa dohoim aufm Deller hon” says the Swabian in me.
Definitely agree on the gravy, that was also one of my own criticisms to myself — I did not make enough 😂
