I work as a contractor in Pharma/Consumer goods AKA the FDA/DEA controlled territory. If i ignored people who differ from my caucasian/Irish ass i would bea very broke contractor.

Yeah I imagine so. That’s a very different scenario and it wouldn’t make sense to ignore a specific group. Getting cold calls from recruiters on LinkedIn is a very different scenario from that and I wouldn’t expect my situation to apply there at all.
