And this is what needs changing. It should not be legal for them to have it, nor for anyone to give it to them, in the first place.

And this is what needs changing. It should not be legal for them to have it, nor for anyone to give it to them, in the first place.
If it’s too hard to protect, you shouldn’t have it in the first place.
