        Blindly detonating hundreds or thousands of devices remotely is hardly targeted. There was no way to know who would be on the receiving end in that moment

          These things where almost exclusively used by Hezbolla. They bought them and their shipping was fucked with. It was targeted.

            If you don’t know where your explosive device is or who is carrying it at time of detonation, it is not a targeted attack.

              Military hardware is meant for military/militants… It is a targeted attack. By definition. Even targeted attacks have collateral damages
