    I don’t disagree that it’s not democratic and full of bullshit rules. But don’t complain you can’t win a shitty game if you don’t play by its rules.

    And if you want a different game you need to kick the table over.

      Sure, but let’s remember what I actually said: what’s happening highlights the undemocratic nature of US elections.

      How we respond to that is important, but it doesn’t change my original point!

        There are far, far better examples of the undemocratic nature of US elections than having deadlines for filing paperwork.

        And if a party can’t even get paperwork filed on time, how are they going to do anything more significant?

          It’s still a useful example for third party voters to learn an important lesson.

          No arguments that these third parties are woefully inadequate.
