Anyone know what this is ? I found it in my kitchen, I am in the center of France if that helps.
Claude 3.5 said it’s an aphid, but I lack the knowledge to confirm it.
Whatever it is, should I be worried ?

I wouldn’t be too worried if it’s only one. They are pretty common and not really known to live indoors because they eat old leaves and plant fibers.
Looks too big to be an aphid. Most aphid species are tiny. Ladybugs eat them whole. The largest aphid species would be barely noticeable on casual observation.
