Best case, “states rights, up to each state.”
Worst case, “this isn’t explicitly in the Magna Carta, so no rights for trans folk.”
Either way, we’re fucked again.

Only way to have rights guaranteed for the LGBT communityvis to have more left-leaning justices than right-leaning ones at all times.
