I think I tried to play 4 and gave up when I realized the three different male skins were three different men while the three different female skins were the same with different sized boobs.

Yeah if you are going to have “enhancement” sliders make them for men and women. My Conan Age of Exiles toon has a shvantz down to their knees because the option exists.
