People are universally complaining about shitty audio mixing, but sound engineers don’t give a fuck. The simple solution: Don’t pay for shittily mixed audio.
Every damn time! As someone who is not a video editor or sound engineer, isn’t it pretty easy to equalize all the sound?
They simply don’t want to. They need to show off how loud explosions are, so they level the conversation way down.
Just assholes.
I think a degree of dynamic range is pretty cool but maybe a mix where dialogue is a the level of explosions yes an idea. And then we can play with lower levels of sound instead for other things?
