      It just says “Drawing” - simple drawing utility.

      Like maybe I should have read a tutorial or something, but I just wanted to make a meme real quick. It did not work how I expected it to

      That just sounds wrong. Probably not as bad as the people that say they use Blender for 2D things, but I still don’t think Inkscape was made for doing that… Though at the end of the day, if it works for you, then more power to you!

        You could also try photopea. Its web based and free and has alignment similar to Photoshop

    Mint is great, but the default aren’t the best. At least, that’s my experience with xcfe (the minimalist version of mint). That’s on my server though, where I only need it to run some docker images and do some server stuff.

    Anyways, everyone has their own preferred software stack. Why should an OS accomodatie everything and just leave you with a lot of unused tools?
