    I’m going to pull this out of my asshole, but I’m guessing that cast cost them quite a bit and the viewing returns couldn’t justify it.

    Which sucks, because it was a actually novel and interesting show.

    Normally, that would have meant I wouldn’t have even started watching it because I would assume eminent cancellation, but I actually figured the cast worked in its favor. Guess I was wrong.

    Oh Netflix, you’re still finding new ways to show me I was right to cancel my decade-long subscription.

      Netflix has always had trouble paying A listers. The monetization model just doesn’t translate properly.

      There’s a real possibility that they cancelled this because Jeff Goldblum wanted too much money for season 2.
