Adressen und weitere personenbezogenen Daten sollten idealerweise über Plattformen, wie Matrix ausgetauscht werden, da DMs auf Lemmy unverschlüsselt sind.

As long as multiple mods are able to receive reports it should be fine.

A local account is preferable, since reports don’t federate. Other than that, I would appreciate it, if you were to connect a matrix account to the local lemmy account, but that’s not mandatory.
