Cassiopea are a genus of jellyfish which are often seen upside down on the ocean floor. They do this to help feed algae and other symbiotic organisms that live with them, and thus flipping over provides them with proper sunlight for nutrition. Counter to most jellyfish aquariums which must be designed for suspended flow, these jellyfish can live in more standard aquariums due to their stagnant nature.
