It doesn’t have to be binary we can do both.
If you do both you’re in the second category.
But also in the first one
But we are not the same.
Yeah; because they’re doing both and you’re only doing half.
Yes.
Idk he looks cute and nice :3
Hey when humanity collectively cheers for an act that is bad we ought to take a look at what caused the action NOT the people cheering for it.
Our morbid fascination and enthusiasm for the violence acted on the ceo is the symptom of a disease we are not to blame for.
The disease is also not covered by your policy.
a disease we are not to blame for
you mean bloodlust?
Making this about yourself is where you screwed up.
Bingo
It is about me because the problem I am facing is the constant stream of posts simping for bloodshed disgusts me.
The fact that a lot of people relate to that is what makes it memeworthy.
Wow you don’t like blood shed? Good for you. /s
I’m a rare breed.
You’re soooooo special for being such a good little rare breed. I hope you get a treat, maybe a boot to lick
That is not what simp means.
You say that as if several top level comments in this very post aren’t expressing sexual attraction to an actual killer.
I didn’t care but then the memes were pretty funny so now I’m on the shooters simp list.
Thank you for understanding the difference.
The former is understandable, if a bit morbid. The latter is just sick in the head.
Well hey, maybe we’re all trying and failing to get appointments with covered therapists. If only health insurance weren’t so byzantine and inaccessible for people outside of the upper class…
Happy he’s dead? Sure, whatever. Gallows humor has it’s place, and that’s one thing.
Cheering the killer, frothing at the mouth for more, making excuses to commit murder, calling for copy cats, hoping it’s a trend, calling it a “good start”, screeching “guillotines!” or “9mm are the new guillotine”, etc are all beyond the pale and completely inexcusable.
My point is that a lot of people in the US genuinely do need mental health care and can’t get it. Those people are one of the demographics of people for whom this is the biggest victory. So mentally ill people, poor people, and people with long-term illnesses are more likely to be cheering rn
